    On Tuesday, voters approved a proposal in Pontiac that will allow 20 dispensaries and an unlimited amount of growers and processors. (WXYZ) – On Tuesday, voters approved a proposal in Pontiac that will allow 20 dispensaries and an unlimited amount of growers and processors.  Pontiac voters were given three options: Proposal I, which passed; Proposal II, which would have allowed for four dispensaries and two growers and processors; or Proposal III, which was against medical marijuana altogether.  She’s not alone in feeling this way, Proposal III was rejected by only 30 votes.  “I just don’t think Pontiac with all the other problems they got need medical marijuana.
